Nancy Hebert, Premium Auditor.
Nancy comes to the Fund with an extensive work history as a premium auditor. She handles the field audits for the Fund. Nancy is based out of Lafayette.

Melissa Verdin, Customer Service Representative.
Melissa graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications. She is a resident of Loranger, LA. Melissa joined the Fund in 2010.

Christy Nihart Customer Service Represenative
Christy joined LCI Workers' Comp in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative. After graduating from Belle Chasse High School, she began a career in Real Estate. In 2002 she received her Louisiana State Appraisers Certification and is currently a resident of Mandeville, LA.

Bryan Vidrine, Risk Manager.
Bryan is a resident of Ville Platte, LA. He has an Associate Degree in Industrial Safety from Louisiana State University in Eunice. He is a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS) through the Baton Rouge safety council and has been since 2004. He has over nine years experience in safety and loss control management. He is very involved with his community and is currently serving a term as a Police Juror in Evangeline Parish and is chairman of Keep Evangeline Beautiful committee. He has been married to Kathryn for 9 years and has two kids, Caleb and Caitlyn. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping with his family in his spare time. Bryan covers all of the areas of Louisiana north and west of Baton Rouge.

Frank Bowman, Marketing Director.
Frank operates from the Mandeville office and oversees agency relations for the Fund as well as marketing to Independent Insurance Agents in south Louisiana. He started in the insurance business in 1970 and has been associated with the Fund for sixteen years. He previously worked for the Maryland Casualty Co, The St Paul Companies and Argonaut Insurance Co., among others. He graduated from De La Salle High School and Soule College in New Orleans. Frank and his wife Jean Duff Bowman have two sons. His hobbies are photography, fishing and generally enjoying their three grandchildren.
